As a contributor of instruction material to Golf Digest, Mark authored The Lob: "A Tough Shot Made Simple" in October 1996 and in March 1997 was featured on the cover for the "What Every Golfer Needs To Know" issue.
Mark Winkley has taught around the world since joining the Golf Digest Schools staff in 1987. In addition to assignments across the United States, Mark has taught on cruise ships, in Australia, and in Singapore.
Although Mark attended Georgia State University on a baseball scholarship, golf became his principal sport upon graduation. Mark has become an exceptional teacher of the game.
